The Premium Dermis Roller has 540 needles at 0.5mm depth. It creates micro-channels that help topical serums absorb more effectively. We designed it specifically to pair with our GHK-Cu Face Serum and Hair Serum, though it works with any water-based topical.

0.5mm is the sweet spot for home use. Deep enough to improve absorption significantly, shallow enough that you don't need numbing cream and recovery is minimal. The roller head is replaceable, so when the needles dull you swap the head instead of buying a new unit.

Use once or twice a week on clean skin. Apply your serum immediately after rolling while the channels are still open. Clean with isopropyl alcohol before and after each session. Shipped from the UK.
