Refund Policy

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to submit a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, exactly as you received it. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be requested through your account. Log in, find your order, and select Request a return. Once we review and approve your request, we will send you the return address and next steps.

Please do not send anything back before your return has been approved — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rewnd.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We will sort it out.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before sending anything back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. The same conditions apply — items must be unopened and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
